Terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026.

Reading naimahcollections.com, or posting its order form, means you agree to the conditions on this page, set by Naimah Collections of Leicester, England.

Purpose of these pages

Here the label shows its abayas, kaftans, scarves and underscarves with lengths, colours and prices, and takes requests to buy them. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies; delivery is charged separately as shown on the delivery page.

When a sale becomes binding

Posting the form asks us to hold the pieces you chose. A contract is formed only when we reply confirming stock and you pay through the secure link we send. Until then either side may withdraw, and nothing is charged. If a price on the site is plainly wrong, we will tell you before you pay rather than hold you to it.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site or the form to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material, to try to break or overload it, or to collect information about other visitors.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, mark and patterns described here belong to Naimah Collections. Each photograph appears by permission of the free licence named in the credits beside this text. You may share links to the pages; please do not copy the content for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

Lengths and descriptions are checked with care, yet colours on screen vary between devices and we cannot promise the site will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Revised wording may replace this page at any time, dated on the line beneath the heading. Questions go to [email protected].
