Privacy notice
Last updated 27 October 2026.
This notice covers naimahcollections.com, the website of Naimah Collections, a modest-wear label working from Leicester, England. Below: which details reach us through the site, the reason each one is needed, and the say you keep over them.
What the order form collects
When you send the order form we receive the pieces, lengths, colours and quantities you chose, the delivery region, your name, your e-mail address, your delivery address and anything you write in the message box. We use these details for one purpose: to check stock, reply with your total and payment link, and post your order. Behind the scenes, FormSubmit (a small relay for website forms) turns the order form into an e-mail in the studio inbox; it keeps no copy for purposes of its own.
If you write to us directly at [email protected], we receive your e-mail address and whatever you include in the message, and use it only to answer you.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for six years after the order, because UK tax rules require records of sales to be held that long. Messages that do not lead to an order are deleted after twelve months.
Who sees it
Only the studio. Your name and address are passed to the parcel carrier so they can deliver, and your payment is handled by the payment provider behind the secure link; we never see or store full card numbers. We do not sell, rent or trade personal details, and we do not share them for anyone's marketing.
Cookies and the consent notice
On a first visit, a slip at the corner of the screen offers two buttons about cookies. Your answer lands in local storage under the name nc_cookie_set, purely so the slip stays away afterwards; no script on these pages looks at that value at present. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies here, and no tracking scripts. Should measurement ever be added, visitors who said no would never be counted, and this page would change beforehand. Apart from the two typefaces fetched from Google Fonts, the pages call on no outside server.

Your rights
What you can ask us to do
Under UK and EU data protection law (the GDPR) you can ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, ask for them in a portable format, and object to how we use them. Readers in California hold matching powers under the CCPA: learning which of their details sit with us, having them erased, refusing their sale (no sale ever happens here) and suffering no worse service for asking.
A short e-mail to [email protected] starts any of these requests, and the studio answers inside a calendar month. Should the answer disappoint, the Information Commissioner's Office hears complaints in the UK, and each EU country has a regulator of its own.
Children
The site is for adults placing orders; we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under sixteen.
